Evidence reliability
LumicSec does not force a score when the observed response is not representative enough for a customer-facing conclusion. A WAF or bot-protection response can prevent the review from seeing the real application response. In that case LumicSec can withhold the score and mark the review Inconclusive rather than turn limited evidence into false confidence.
Reliable
Representative evidence is available and the score/risk can be used as the latest automated posture signal.
Inconclusive
Evidence is insufficient or non-representative. Retry later or inspect the evidence; do not treat it as a clean result.
Authorization & ownership
Standard reviews use safe public checks. Deeper passive review is available only after ownership or explicit authorization is confirmed. Agency customers can prepare and verify DNS TXT records across multiple client websites from the Bulk Verification Center.
Only assess websites you own or are explicitly authorized to review. LumicSec is not designed for unauthorized access, destructive exploitation, brute force, credential attacks or private-data access.
Reports & Retest
A customer report connects observed findings to remediation guidance. The Fix Roadmap prioritizes developer actions. PDF export provides a shareable record. Retest compares later reliable evidence with the earlier baseline so resolved, persistent and new findings stay visible.

Payments & access
Current paid access uses a manually verified INR payment workflow. The selected plan amount comes from trusted server-side pricing, and access changes only after LumicSec verifies the payment request.
Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, banking passwords, cloud credentials or login secrets with LumicSec.
Important limits
AI-readable documentation
LumicSec publishes machine-readable product context so AI systems can retrieve the correct brand, capabilities, pricing, terminology and safety boundaries. These files improve discoverability but do not guarantee that every AI model or search system will read or use them.
