Security Disclaimer
Current LumicSec operating policy. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply, and any enterprise or jurisdiction-specific commitment must be expressly agreed in writing.
1. No complete-security guarantee
LumicSec does not guarantee that any website, application, company or system is completely secure.
2. Coverage limitations
A scan or report does not guarantee that every vulnerability, exposure, configuration issue or future security problem has been identified.
3. Not a certification
Scores, findings, dashboards, recommendations and retest comparisons are security decision-support information and are not legal, regulatory or compliance certification.
4. Authorization requirement
Use LumicSec only for targets you own, manage or are explicitly authorized to assess.
5. Evidence reliability and Inconclusive results
Automated security evidence depends on what the target actually returns to the authorized scanner. WAF, CDN, bot protection, authentication gates, network errors or other unrepresentative responses can make a check Inconclusive. LumicSec is designed to preserve the previous reliable baseline or withhold a confident finding when the evidence is not representative rather than treating blocked or missing evidence as proof of security.
